I went from a key in the ignition and a radio to a much more sophisticated vehicle. Yosbel helped me to calm down and take things a step at a time. I felt I was in good hands through the entire process. I cannot express enough how helpful , patient and informative Yosbel Corrales was throughout the entire transaction. I even returned a couple of days later to resign the purchase documents and he again helped me with further questions--even installing the rubber floor mats I purchased from your parts department. Tim Walker, likewise, made the document signing pretty easy. We had one glitch in a misspelling, but he was on top of that issue and had all documents revised and ready for signature. All in all, it was a new experience in car buying and Yosbel and Tim made it a good one! Looking forward to the same good service in your Service Department. More
