BEST DEALERSHIP IVE EVER BEEN TO I have purchased 4 cars in the last 12 years. 2 of my experiences were BEYOND awful--to the point where I get major anxiety even thinking about visiti I have purchased 4 cars in the last 12 years. 2 of my experiences were BEYOND awful--to the point where I get major anxiety even thinking about visiting a dealership. Buying a car should be a great day! Honda West is the best dealership I have ever been to. Carlos Avila sold me my dream car and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy. He made the entire process soooo easy. The dealership already had my car listed $4K less than everyone else in town so there was no haggling needed whatsoever. Carlos helped get me into my car with a payment I could afford. From start to finish, everything flowed smoothly between the paperwork, test drive, financing office (I saw Mike Rodriguez who was WONDERFUL as well!), swapping out stuff from my old car to the new, and taking photos. Carlos even filled the tank with gas while I was signing the papers. It is sad that I was blown away he would do that because I am so used to dealerships having me drive away with a $30K+ car on empty! (what the heck!) If you are looking for a smooth experience with a dealership that clearly knows how customers SHOULD be treated, GO TO HONDA WEST! When I decide to ever trade in my dream car for another, I hope Carlos is still working because I am only going back to Honda West. Thank you, Heather More

I live in Utah 2 hours away and I contacted them through the internet and explained the deal I would like. The internet manager (Theresa) said she couldn't discuss numbers but it sounded like we pretty much have a deal so come on it. So, I drove 2 hours to the dealership, when I got there not a single salesperson approached me. Then when I was asked if I needed help from what looked like the floor manager I said yes and he surprisingly said okay and then walked away, with what I thought was to get someone....then he returned and proceeded to talk to co workers as if I hadn't told him that I needed someone, 10 minutes earlier. THEN another gentleman asked if I needed help and when I told him yes, he also was surprised then I told him Theresa had told me to come in, he proceeded to get the salesperson that was assigned to me and we took the truck on a test drive. The truck had some flaws that weren't noticeable in the pictures but it still ran great. We went in and the salesman asked me what I was thinking. So i gave him a little higher offer than what I wanted, because that's how haggling and buying cars goes. I told him my credit score and he could use whoever he likes to finance it, mind you I don't need the financing (I actually have the asking price 5 times over sitting in my business account) I just want it to rebuild my credit. But when he told me they would come off the price 400$ and that's it. And when I said "hold on now, I was led to believe that we were pretty close to a deal (which was 700$ difference) he said "oh they (the internet lead manager) don't care if the deal happens or not, they'll tell you anything to get you in here. That's when I said okay well I wish we could make a deal (mind you I would have done it for a little more but the salesman apparently didn't want a sale) So I left. I would say my experience is unethical, dishonest and apparently people/customers don't matter to this company. More

Much better than Findlay I walked into Honda West in a tough situation - I had returned my leased vehicle to Findlay in Henderson and leased new vehicle through them. 5 days a I walked into Honda West in a tough situation - I had returned my leased vehicle to Findlay in Henderson and leased new vehicle through them. 5 days after I had signed the agreement they called and told me I would need to return the new lease unless I put an additional $2,000 down and that I would not receive my old vehicle. They put me in a very tough situation and I will never return to that store because of it. The following day I went into Honda West after speaking with Tina on the phone(who was very kind) and met with Greg(very straight up guy). I found myself in a much more comfortable place where everyone said hello and made the me feel welcome(unlike Findlay where the salesman would walk over to the manager and they would look over and point at me, which just made me feel uncomfortable). Honda West was extremely helpful with my situation, and I was even put into a nicer vehicle for a better price than Findlay. Go to Honda West because they are what all dealerships should strive to be! More

The windshield cracked recently and my service advisor, Kamanu Kajiwara, and the service director, Brian Haffey, checked to see if it would be covered under the warranty and took care of it. I had spoken to Harmony Rush on the phone and she got me in before closing so they could inspect the windshield. I can't say it enough how much I appreciate their help with my car and how easy they made it for me. More
