Nice way to spend the morning! While I was in the nice waiting area having excellent coffee, I ended up chatting with another customer and the time just flew. I had my car and my new floor mats within 45 minutes. Went above and beyond, great experience! I was recently in a car accident and my car was totaled. As you can imagine I was a little stressed from the accident and from having to buy a new ca I was recently in a car accident and my car was totaled. As you can imagine I was a little stressed from the accident and from having to buy a new car. I started looking online and scheduled a bunch of test drives. When I arrived at Honda West I was introduced to Khoa Nguyen. Khoa was very polite and asked me questions about what I was looking for. He took me on a test drive of a 2018 Honda Accord Sport and explained everything about the car. I had one more test drive scheduled at the Nissan dealership and Khoa did not pressure me but gave me his card so I could get back in touch with him. After doing the test drive at the Nissan dealership I returned to Honda West and asked for Khoa. I had test drive the Honda Sport but wanted to test drive the Honda Sport 2.0T. Khoa didn’t flinch, he brought the car up and we test drove it. I was sold! The Honda West staff went above and beyond to assist with the sale! Not only did they make the experience smooth, but they even helped me get the new car home along with my rental. I would definitely recommend Honda West and Khoa to anyone looking for a new car! We had such a great experience with Jarek and later with Joshua in finance, who explained the various maintenance plans we purchased.
