Amazing Staff and Service! I pulled into the Fast Serve lane of the service department and was immediately attended to by the service rep. Although I just required an oil change I pulled into the Fast Serve lane of the service department and was immediately attended to by the service rep. Although I just required an oil change and even presented him with a coupon, I was treated as though I was having a complete service done. He even asked if I wanted the car washed! My wait was very pleasant by striking up a conversation with another customer and before I knew it, I was tracked down in the showroom and escorted to the cashier. The porter walked me out to my spotless vehicle and I was on my way! I will always use Honda West Service and have owned a Honda since 1984. More
