This time I needed an oil change using full synthetic which I got for about half the price my previous mechanic was charging me. He noticed my windshield washer fluid tank was cracked and leaking and gave me the option to have it replaced, which I did. Service Review I walked in at 7:30 for my appointment because my Honda's B1 service engine notification appeared. Service advisor Shaun Galicinao was happy to help. I walked in at 7:30 for my appointment because my Honda's B1 service engine notification appeared. Service advisor Shaun Galicinao was happy to help. A B1 notification means that the tires must be rotated and that I needed an oil change. I explained to Shaun that merely 3 months ago I replaced my tires, so I didn't need my tires to be rotated. Instead of being pushy as many other workers I encountered were, he accepted my request and followed through with only the oil change. He was quite amenable and prompt with his services. I recommend him to anyone requiring assistance from Honda West. When I return in the future, I will request for Shaun for his great customer service and quality of work! More
