Larry, one of the managers approached us & told my daughter he could get her a new car! He called the salesman Jesus over & he was very nice, patient & very helpful! Then the manager Chris came over & asked me did I want a car. You should of seen the look on my face cause I already owned a 2015 Honda Civic! He worked his magic & told me to go look at some cars. I test drove one car & wasn't too impressed but then Mike in the finance department showed me the hatchback & when Jesus pulled it up I was in love all over again! I wasn't even there to buy a car! My daughter & I both drove off the lot with brand new cars! I would like to thank Chris, Larry, Jesus our salesman & Mike in finance you guys Rock! Thank you Honda West! More

Oh Rodrigo A little bit frustrated with my last experience here. I told Rodrigo about 3 different issues, the major one being brake issues, going on with the car A little bit frustrated with my last experience here. I told Rodrigo about 3 different issues, the major one being brake issues, going on with the car, and he told me it'd be an hour until the car was looked at. So I waited in the waiting room and a little over an hour later, he comes in and tells me nothing is wrong with the brakes and I'm good to go. I proceed to ask him about the other 2 concerns I had mentioned to him at the beginning and Rodrigo tells me they didn't look at it. Period. He doesn't offer to take the car back, or even look into it before I leave. So I left, so not happy with this service provided. More

Bought my used civic here, always bring it here for service. I always use this dealership for service, as I am comfortable with the personnel. I usually look 4 Karla and she was off but the chap who waited on m I always use this dealership for service, as I am comfortable with the personnel. I usually look 4 Karla and she was off but the chap who waited on me was fine, I like the way they let me know what has to be done and always try to keep in mind they keep my car running properly and do not want to do stuff that does not have to be done. I do not drive everyday but take it in for oil change and check up every 6 mos. I just do not like waiting so long. That is my problem, not theirs. The young man asked if I had had the air conditioning flushed and I said no but I will keep in mind for my next visit. I am a senior and have to do things according to my budget. I was annoyed I got so many emails and a call wanting to buy my 2012. If I wanted to sell it I would have said something, BTW when I bought the car I paid cash but had a finance mgr. that was less than acceptable. I will elaborate if asked. More
