I have worked with Tony a few times now and each time he has been friendly, helpful, and efficient. The first time he even went out of his way to video tape the odometer on my car as it hit 20,000 miles (l has been friendly, helpful, and efficient. The first time he even went out of his way to video tape the odometer on my car as it hit 20,000 miles (long story--but he kindly drove me to work in my car after I missed the shuttle, but it meant that I missed the mileage change!) and he later emailed it to me. Everyone at the service center was kind and courteous. Tony took me through the process and managed to get my service and software upgrade down in half the time he originally quoted. Our experience at this dealership and with Mark Vincent has been absolutely excellent. I think a good measure of our experience here is that we recently returned and bought a new CRV and Accord, again wor has been absolutely excellent. He really knows these vehicles, is great to work with and the whole experience is relaxed and no-pressure. He listened to what I was looking for and I have to say that the model changes and performance improvements on the new CRV are exactly what he promised. I've been driving my CRV for a couple of months now and loving it! Our experience here with sales and with service has been great over the past few years.
