I worked with Bob McGrath for over a month in deciding on the purchase of my new car. I loved the Honda CR-V, but when I found out it did not have a spare tire, I decided on another car. He could not have been more gracious to me. During the process, he educated me about trade-in values and how to research what my car was worth online. He always told me that "I should have the car that I want". Bob was very patient while I worked my way through the car-buying process. I would highly recommend him for his knowledge, skill, and gentlemanly manner of dealing with his customers.

I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a new or used car here. I recently bought a new car here and it was the worst buying experience of my life. They lived up to the sleazy car salesman stereotype which was to be expected, but what was not expected and extremely frustrating was the gross incompetence throughout the process. They initially showed me the wrong price for the car, so we wasted time negotiating that. They quoted me a very low price to add a trailer hitch that they corrected at the end, but in the meantime, we were once again negotiating on false information. When I went to pick up the car, the cargo mat that I paid for was for a different car so that had to be delivered later. And finally, they put down a different address on the title. Fortunately, it was sent to my neighbor a block away, but I'll have pay a fee and work with RMV to correct that. All n all, I do not wish this experience on anyone else, so I hope this review will we save at least one person from this establishment.
