Pleasant experience. Prompt replies and generally knowledgeable about the cars. However they promised all season tires but did not deliver for a couple of month. very friendly service and the sales person was very knowable of the car we were looking at. He also did not pressure us in a sales he new a great deal about the Honda cars and all of there special it knowable of the car we were looking at. I found my experience to be great here. When coming in for the first appointment as well as the ones that followed.
