Then, I purchased a used Honda Odessy mini van, not at Herb Chambers, and it needed some service about two years ago my local mechanic couldn't perform. I took it to Herb Chambers Honda in Westboro, and Tony was the service rep. I have not gone back to the local guy (who still does work on another vehicle of ours). The work just cannot compare to what HCHW does, and NO where have I received the customer service and attention as Tony provides. We purchased a warranty with our van, and Tony is quite adept at working with them to cover issues which arise. The suggestions are honest and trustworthy, the prices are fair and the follow up and follow through is spectacular. We have purchased an older, high mileage Civic for our teenage children to drive to school, and our first stop was Tony and the service crew. They have our loyal patronage for a long time to come.
