This is our second time buying a used car from this dealership and working with Yury. He's been professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. He took time to listen to what we were looking for, showed us vehicles that matched our needs and was able to give us an idea of differences between models. The prices are available online and with a very easy research you can find out what the dealership has to offer. Yury was also very helpful in getting the financing we wanted and getting a good value on our trade in. He even drove to our house to bring the new car and take the trade in. This is by far the best experience we've had and I would highly recommend Yury. More

We were in need of a new car to replace our 12 year old car. A relative had said how much he liked his Honda Fit. As we approached the Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough showroom, Tom Kelly came out to me car. A relative had said how much he liked his Honda Fit. As we approached the Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough showroom, Tom Kelly came out to meet us. We told him we wanted to look at a 2013 Fit. He said there was one on the showroom floor. He showed it to us and let us look at it and try the various features. Tom didn't pressure us into looking at a more expensive car. We asked to take a test drive. After the test drive, we decided we wanted one. We wanted the one on the showroom floor. Tom knew right away that it was available. It was very hot and humid the evening we were there. Tom brought us several bottles of water and made sure we were comfortable while we waited for paperwork to be completed. Mr. Kelly guided us through the process of the application. It was much easier than I remember from buying previous new cars. He stayed a little late to ensure that all would be ready for us to pick it up the next afternoon. I called the next morning and Mr. Kelly told me it would be ready in the early afternoon. I didn't have to go to the registry, my insurance office or have it inspected. It was all done for us. When I arrived, it was waiting for me. Before letting me leave, Tom Kelly showed me where some of the key features were. We have not had any service issues as yet but Tom told us we could bring the car in any time to have it washed. More

I am a sales manager myself, and am well familiar with selling tactics. Rich treated me the way I mentor my own salespeople to treat clients.
