Looking to replace my Honda Accord with a newer Honda Civic (I LOVE Honda, I went back to the dealership of my previous purchase. After two weeks of promises, no returned phone calls and no car, I decided one afternoon to take a ride to Herb Chambers in Westboro. The receptionist called Yury Menaker to help me out. We chatted. He asked me what car I was looking for and what I was going to trade. This was about one in the afternoon. He had the exact car I was looking for and gave me a great price for my trade. Yury is a knowledgeable, caring salesman who was most interested in assisting me to make the right decision for me, not worrying just about making a sale. Later that afternoon, not only had I decided to buy the exact car I wanted but was driving it home! With all the talk about other dealerships who have the "one price...no haggling", it was Yury Menaker who offered not only the exact car I wanted and a MUCH better deal but most of all, spent time with me and made me feel that I was important to him and Herb Chambers not just a sales number. Yury is a knowledgeable, talented, classy and caring GENTLEMAN who treats his customers with respect. Kudos to Herb Chambers Honda of Westboro for recognizing Yury for the person he is and the way he represents the Herb Chambers dealership. Instead he facilitated our car buying process by answering our questions, showing use features we did not know about, proposing a great price with a great trade-in allowance, and then by leaving us to make our own decision with no pressure at all. When we did make the decision to buy days later, again Yury worked with us to make the purchase process smooth and painless. Working with Yuriy was great. He gave me close to my desired price, while being very honest about what to expect. No pushing of of those expensive extras had been used in our negotiation.
