Do you ski, golf, travel, etc.? (read roof rack and trunk space). Those of us who have experienced car buying more than a few times know the difference -- when we meet someone like Tom Kelley. I bought a new car for the 4th time in my life earlier this year (after spending quite a lot of time with slimy sales guys at one of Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough's biggest competitors.) I hope I don't need a new car any time soon...but when I do, Tom will, without-a-doubt, be my first (and likely only) call. More

On delivery he took me out in my new car and showed me all of the features. He even programmed my very old phone to work with the blue tooth in my new car.
