The was our first experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and an amazing experience it was. We were looking for a reasonable deal on a 2011 CR-Z and that is just what we got. We walked into this dealership with no expectation of driving out in a new car, but that is exactly what happened. I first did a little research and started using the Honda of Westborough website which was user-friendly and informative. This got me in touch with Jennifer Woerz who provided us with timely (almost immediate) answers to any questions or concerns that we had and helped guide us though the car-buying process. Jennifer arranged for an appointment for us to come into the dealership at which time she introduced us to Norm Methe. We spent the afternoon with Norm who worked very diligently and hard to come up with a deal that would be acceptable to us. From there we were introduced to Thomas Au who put the paperwork togther and explained the various service and program options and took the time to answer every question that we had. There were options that made sense for us and some that did not. There was no pressure to push us in any particular direction. From there we were introduced to our new vehicle and Norm was very knowledgeable in the way our new car differed from our old car and took the time to explain all the new features. Since we are new to hybrid vehicles, Norm explained how the driving experince may differ from what we're used to. Then we drove off in our brand new CR-Z, leaving Norm to handle all the residual paperwork (Thanks, Norm). All-in-all, this was a very good experience and this is a dealer that we would highly recommend. More
Thank you! I love my car - I cannot believe I got such an amazing deal. The whole experience was great! Ironically, I had been driving a Honda Accord for the previous 3 years. And while I love my Corolla, and the Corolla I had earlier - I would definitely consider owning a Honda again - and really felt my whole experience at Herb Chambers was great and stress free. Very pleasurable experience for a first time car buyer. I expected nagging salesmen and a lot of bartering. I came at the right time and got hooked up with a great price for a ~new (2009) civic without much expected nagging salesmen and a lot of bartering. The dealership came down to my price that I had offered them and they had denied at first, but then must have decided it was a good enough deal to offer it to me. I now can enjoy sitting in traffic on 95 while commuting to and from work! More

I visited Herb Chambers Honda on Friday to look for a new car and ended up buying a 2010 Honda Insight. My experience with the customer service was excellent due to Rich Merlino. He clearly is very knowledgeable and passionate about cars, which facilitated the car buying process immensely. He was also very efficient and managed to save me a great deal of time, which is of high value to me. I was also impressed by his persistence to make sure that I was a happy costumer. Accompanying the great service Rich provided was his pleasant and sincere personality. I am also very happy with the money I received for trading in my old car and the low price of my wonderful Honda Insight. I went into Honda only expecting to pick out a wonderful car and was caught off guard by the outstanding service Rich provided. I firmly believe employees of this caliber should be recognized which is why I am spending the time to write this review. My experience at Herb Chamber’s was excellent and I will highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great car and great customer service. More
I had done some previous car shopping for my first new car before visiting this dealership, however Rose was by far the best salesperson I talked to. She seemed to genuinely care about putting me in a car car before visiting this dealership, however Rose was by far the best salesperson I talked to. She seemed to genuinely care about putting me in a car that was right for me. She was patient and knowledgeable, and did not pressure me to buy at all. When I finally decided to buy she worked very hard to get me a price that I was comfortable with, which I appreciated very much. If you're thinking of visiting this dealership I highly recommend talking to Rose. On the downside of this dealership, I am not so convinced that the service department is all that great. I got my car without a daylight running light in it and they told me they would call when it came in. I never recieved a phone call. I had to call three times before getting through to some one that could help me. Finally after 3 weeks I got my light. More
Rich Merlino was well informed and pleasant without high pressure. He answered my questions respectfully and was patient in our interactions. Don Cardinali was nice in my experiences with him when I needed to go in for service due to a check tire pressure light which required a computer reeducation and the all-weather mats neede to be secured with anchors. The atmosphere at the dealership is friendly and inviting. More
