Great Experience Had an appointment setup for a normal oil change but asked them to check on a noise I was hearing coming from the front right side when making a turn. Had an appointment setup for a normal oil change but asked them to check on a noise I was hearing coming from the front right side when making a turn. Not only did they took care of the oil change but found that ball joint was in issue on the right front side, which the rep informed me it's covered under the warranty and not to worry about anything besides $100 deductible. When I informed him that I would love to get it resolved but I do need to get into the office, he immediately took care of that concern by booking a rental car thru a nearby rental company. Throughout the entire service process the rep made sure i was updated. More

Great experience Called at the last minute for an oil change and they were able to fit me in right away. Oil change and routine maintenance service visit I brought my car in for an oil change and maintenance service. I very much appreciate that I could drop off the car, be driven to my office down the road by a Herb Chambers van while my car was being worked on and get picked up and brought back to the dealership when my car was ready.
