The service employee did a wonderful job not just with my service but another. He had a woman come in complaining about how her bill was wrong. Someone had quoted her the wrong belt. Service rep was very honest and shared that I didn’t need a part replaced when I thought that it was time for it to be replaced. He kept me informed about the repairs and shared that two were actually under a part replaced when I thought that it was time for it to be replaced.
