I have only used it a coupe of times and they were courteous and took care of my needs. My husband use to take the CRV down there for service etc. before he died. The service was great as always. The gentleman at the counter that day was really stressed and really felt like he had too much to do. I mentioned the diagnostic problem I had requested to be looked at that day and he was really stressed after that, because you do not have a diagnostic person on Saturdays. Was not happy the way I was sent home with this problem and was told that it was probably because of the after market windshield that was out in my car. I’ve had this car for two years and this issue just started I. October 2022.
