I mentioned the diagnostic problem I had requested to be looked at that day and he was really stressed after that, because you do not have a diagnostic person on Saturdays. Was not happy the way I was sent home with this problem and was told that it was probably because of the after market windshield that was out in my car. I’ve had this car for two years and this issue just started I. October 2022. Wish I could give a 100 star rating. This is my second review of Honda World in as many years. Another exemplary experience. I loved my Ridgeline I bought there a couple of years ago bu This is my second review of Honda World in as many years. Another exemplary experience. I loved my Ridgeline I bought there a couple of years ago but I spotted a new one there with an HPD package. It just looked more like me. I called and asked for Rusty Bellamy, the salesperson that assisted me on my last purchase, to make sure the truck was still available, and it was. Rusty had it pulled up front and ready for me see when I arrived. Like the first time, Rusty was just as down to earth, warm, helpful, honest and gracious. Needless to say, I had to strike a deal. The whole process was low key with no pressure, just a willingness to earn your business. The finance side of the purchase was as equally satisfying with the service David Manos provided. He too was involved in my previous purchase transaction and I specifically asked for him to assist on this purchase. Again, just a down to earth, warm, helpful, honest and gracious individual. He doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Definitely has your best interest at heart. Lastly, Wes Atkinson, the GM, also played an instrumental part in making this whole deal happen. He too was there when I bought my last Ridgeline. Like Rusty and David, Wes is so warm and gracious and devoted to making sure your purchasing experience is second to none. I’m going to close with a couple questions and final comment. Have you ever had a great car buying experience with a dealer? If so, did you go back a few years later to purchase another vehicle and able to deal with the same people? Most likely not. To me, what Honda World has is a “Happy Family” staff, because it shows in how they do business. IMHO, Honda World makes you feel like family too. If you are considering the purchase of a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go to Honda World and see Rusty, David and Wes. You’ll be glad you did. I’ll be back again. More
