Put a defective part in my car and wouldn’t loan my another while it’s being fixed. It’s so loud in there you can’t drive it and the speakers are about to blow even with radio off!! The navigation, rad another while it’s being fixed. It’s so loud in there you can’t drive it and the speakers are about to blow even with radio off!! The navigation, radio and clock have all frozen up since I got the car brand new. All they tell me is they don’t know of a fix so sorry it’s still yours. More

They got me in and taken care of when they said they would and under the price quoted beforehand. My maintenance issue (transmission judder) they resolved is a Honda issue ( should have been covered) no would and under the price quoted beforehand. The young man who was at the desk when I checked in was so courteous, even offered me a loaner car since it would be at least a 3 hour wait. I didn't need the loaner since I had family that was available t so courteous, even offered me a loaner car since it would be at least a 3 hour wait.
