Yes. I am so grateful for the service I received today at Honda World. I called Honda World before I arrived because I had a flat on my 2019 Honda Passpor I am so grateful for the service I received today at Honda World. I called Honda World before I arrived because I had a flat on my 2019 Honda Passport AWD Elite and had stopped at the discount tire shop who said the tire could not be repaired so I wanted to know if it could be replaced at Honda World. When I called I explained to the receptionist that we had put the spare on because we had the flat on the interstate but afterwards all kinds of warning lights were flashing on my dashboard. She patiently explained that was because of the spare tire, which really put my mind at ease. Then I spoke to the parts manager who was very understanding and informative and assured me that they did have a new tire to fit my SUV. He transferred me to the service department and the very nice young man said, sure, come on in, we can take care of it. When I arrived the same young man said, you're here about the tire? I was very impressed. They took my truck in quickly and even though there were several people already in the waiting area and more customers arriving, my truck was ready without a long wait. I can't thank the employees at Honda World enough for their prompt, courteous, efficient and extremely professional service. More
