I bought my 2019 Honda Odyssey two years ago. I have taken my car to be serviced at Honda World ever since - even though I live within a few miles of a different Honda dealership. The courtesy, professionalism and integrity of this dealership simply stands out. It might be the same at the closer dealership but Honda World of Louisville has simply earned my business by treating me like a friend. More

This dealership was great, I went to the Dealership, not expecting to buy a car here, they had the car I wanted after great test drive with Brooks Mattingly,(not on list gets 5 stars) my salesman. Buying a new auto from this dealership was a pleasant experience. We had done our homework and knew exactly what we wanted, even down to three or four Vin numbers we knew the dealer had in stock. I had an excellent experience at this dealership! This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, along with financing. I was pretty amazed at how streamlined the process was. Semsa was delightful with showing me the available civics and having me test drive and assist with the paperwork. Brook was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining all of my vehicle's options. Ryan was excellent with walking me through the financing portion and explaining how the numbers work. I really enjoyed the diversity of the team I dealt with. It felt great having a forward thinking company, with women and tattoo acceptance in the workplace, which is important to me as a tattooed woman myself. I never once felt like I was being talked down to, nor did anyone ignore me and talk to my husband instead. 10/10 would get my next car here and work with this team again! I hope they all get raises. Our experience with Honda World was excellent - the best I’ve ever had at a car dealership! The night we went in they were SO busy, but Scott Wood came over to us and helped us right away. We test drove 3 different accords before we found the perfect one. Scott was so great about getting each one for us and making sure we knew all the similarities and differences. We never once felt pressured by Scott, which is so much different from my other experiences! After choosing our perfect car, Griffin Foley went over each part of the car and warranties with us. This was so helpful! I have purchased new cars in the past and have never had anyone sit down with me and teach me what every single button does! Next, John Daniels helped us with financing and he made the process as smooth as possible. Since we got to the dealership that evening and they were busy, we were there well past closing. We never once felt like we were rushed through or shorted on any part of the process. Scott, the salesman, stayed late just to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be back to Honda World and will recommend them to my friends and family! Not to mention we love our 2021 Honda Accord Sport 2.0! More
