My husband and I had a very positive experience at Honda World in Louisville. Our salesman Lewis Ray was very patient and helpful and not pushy at all. We came to the dealership knowing we wanted another World in Louisville. Our salesman Lewis Ray was very patient and helpful and not pushy at all. We came to the dealership knowing we wanted another Odyssey van so he helped us focus on what color we wanted and the specifics of the deal. Dorottya Fellegi was a great help when we picked up the van. She went through all of the features on the doors, steering wheel and the dash. She was very patient, slowly and thoroughly explained different features and stopped several time to ask if I had questions. Thanks Honda World! We love our new van and are excited to welcome our 4th grandchild coming in January and are prepared to load them all in our new van to take them on adventures!. More

Watch this place. This is not the old Swope group. I had a pre approval from the Cadillac side of the business and was told by sales guy it would transfer to Honda World. That was not true or they did a bai a pre approval from the Cadillac side of the business and was told by sales guy it would transfer to Honda World. That was not true or they did a bait and switch. It got worse from there. They ran my credit against my approval but told me they needed a credit app form with mt packet. As a veteran I was put in a bad situation because I told the sales rep I was working on a refi thus I was only going to use my pre approval amount. They ONLY care about selling a car. Even after the ran my credit multiple times the didn't even use the new pre approval I had gotten from another company. At this point I needed a car and I accepted a deal. Watch your deal, if you understand the process don't let yourself be lied to. The guy I dealt with I have know for 20 plus years who did a lot of telling me he got me when they asked for more information but he didn't do much to convey my wishes to the finance people my intent. When I signed the manager that did the paperwork acted shocked when I explained what was going on. THIS WAS BAD BUSINESS......... More
