I came into Honda World experiencing issues with my Apple Carplay. Usually I'm fairly competent with technology but this time I was stumped. Upon arrival I was put in contact with Kirk. Kirk was very welcoming upon meeting and his congenial personality put my worries to ease. I really thought it was going to be a whole process but as quickly as I arrived I found myself leaving. But this time I was leaving with the ability to listen to my favorite music. Kirk walked me through my issue with careful explanation but not in a way that made me feel lesser. My experience with Kirk was a game changer and while I hope to not have anymore issues I can rest easy knowing that if a problem arises I can, without hesitation, feel confident that Kirk and Honda World will be there to lend a hand.
