Thanks to Mike Porro in supporting me with a problem I had with some service work in 2013. Mr. Porro turned what was a bad experience into my regaining trust in this dealership. Brand new Honda CR-V EX-L: I'm in love! <3 I have been looking to buy a new car for at least a year. I'm very indecisive (and picky), so kudos to Zachary Shannon for being patient with me over I have been looking to buy a new car for at least a year. I'm very indecisive (and picky), so kudos to Zachary Shannon for being patient with me over the last few weeks. I visited the store between 3-4 times before making a final decision, and Zachary was very helpful in assisting me to find the right car. He was never persistent about selling a certain car- and for that, I thank him. Zach is super personable and fun to converse with, so I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I only spoke to Tailor Tandy for a bit, but she was very helpful in explaining all the many specs in the Honda CR-V EX-L. She helped me set up my iPhone and seat settings. Might I add, my fiance is so excited about his seat setting because we have totally different styles of comfort while driving. Jeani Bratton assisted with paperwork, trade-in, financing options, etc. My least favorite part of the deal: numbers. She was slightly persistent on selling extra warranties and perks, and I did have to say no multiple times. Otherwise, she was very sweet and helpful in picking the financing option and loan for my vehicle. Overall, I would rate this experience a 10/10. Thanks Honda World!!!! <3 More

He remained positive no matter what crazy questions I kept coming up with. He consistently smiled and always had an answer. If he needed to consult his manager, he did so in a timely fashion. I was done and exhausted every possible reason to walk away. Hours later we were ready to purchase. It was time to close and go home. Instead of telling us we needed to come back tomorrow, he convinced finance to stay a few more minutes to close the deal. Zach made us feel comfortable all the way to the last handshake.
