I'm not sure anyone really looks forward to the car buying process, but this one was relatively painless! We didn't feel pressured by our salesman, Lewis, and felt like he really listened to what we we buying process, but this one was relatively painless! We didn't feel pressured by our salesman, Lewis, and felt like he really listened to what we were looking for. Harry was very transparent when it came time to sign all the paperwork and explained the financing process in a way we could understand. Dorottya, our delivery specialist, gave a quick (but efficient) rundown of the features we needed to know to get started with our new Pilot. I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process- thank you! More

Our financial needs wer Our salesperson for this recent purchase was Lollie Reiss. This is the third vehicle we have purchased with Lollie's help. Our financial needs were taken care of by Dayanis Valdivieso, and the delivery specialist was Dorottya Fellegi. Each and every one of these women made our transaction amazing! This was such a smooth and stress-free process. I highly recommend this dealership! More
We scheduled an appointment to look at a Honda Odyssey and confirmed the appointment the night before. We were driving an hour and a half so we texted the internet sales rep we had been working with the m and confirmed the appointment the night before. We were driving an hour and a half so we texted the internet sales rep we had been working with the morning of to let her know we were on our way. When we arrived they said we did not have an appointment scheduled with anyone and the vehicle we came for was sold. The sales person who we talked to did let us test drive another van even knowing he would not be getting the sale, and he was very kind. The internet sales rep texted me as we were arriving back home that evening to ask if we had made it in. When I told her we had and it was already sold, she never responded. I called later in the week to the dealership and inquired about another vehicle they had listed on cars.com. The woman I spoke to snidely told me I needed to check their website to see what they had available implying I shouldn’t need to call. Yet two days prior, the car I came to purchase was still listed and I wasted 3 hours driving to find that out upon arrival. We had wonderful experiences at several other dealerships during this buying experience and they were all appalled at how we were treated at Honda World. More
Reason for rating - FRAUD Found a 2018 Honda Accord EX online for this dealer - out of state but within the realm of driving (about 3 hours). Contacted the dealership. I indicated that I would not be able online for this dealer - out of state but within the realm of driving (about 3 hours). Contacted the dealership. I indicated that I would not be able to come down on a weekday that it would be Saturday. I reached out again because I had questions and received on responses. On Saturday my wife and I arrived to test drive the car. The car is for my wife she test drove it first. She indicated she liked the car. We dropped her off. I drove the car. While driving it I noted to the salesman Roman it felt like the car skipped while accelerating. He said that he didn’t notice it. My wife and I spoke privately about what she liked and didn’t like about the car. We decided to purchase. Our asks for the car were that it get a front alignment because it was pulling left. Additionally, there was a corner of the front bumper that was not snapped in. While we were waiting for the paperwork the car was taken to have the bumper looked at and the alignment. The bumper came back as a more significant issue than simply snapping it back in. This required some negotiating to receive a discounted cost and we fix it later. It took four hours to close the deal on a cash transaction. We went out to get the car. Where we were confronted with two more negative impressions. It turned out there was one key fob for the vehicle and not the two Roman said they did when asked during the test drive. $200 oops. The second was the passenger door would not unlock and couldn’t be opened. Another delay while the dealership figured out what was going on. I was told the actuators had a delay in them. The locks appeared to be working and didn’t present as a problem on the drive home. The drive home was mostly uneventful. Mostly because I noticed the alignment had NOT been completed. Monday I scheduled to have the car taken in for service at my local Honda Dealership - Andy Mohr Honda for a new key fob and programming. I also scheduled to have the engine skip diagnosed because I felt it happen again over the weekend. The service was scheduled for today (Thursday). On Tuesday I attempted to remote start the vehicle for and found the remote start wasn’t working. When I checked it in this morning I asked for that to be diagnosed as well. I wasn’t overly concerned because this was a CPO vehicle and I had the remaining new car warranty and Honda Care Used Car Warranty after that. From worse to worse. The remote start was quickly traced back to a malfunction of the rear door actuator which disables the remote start. The engine skip was traced to engine misfire. Hmmm. They ask to run another diagnostic for it and I said okay (again because I had a warranty). The results come back the engine has a bad head gasket. I go from inconvenienced to furious - not at Andy Mohr but at Honda World. I am furious because I am not a novice on automobile mechanics. It isn’t likely Honda World inspected the vehicle and missed a bad head gasket. I suspect one of two things are true. Honda World knew there was an issue and committed fraud by certifying the car hoping it wouldn’t be caught before it was off the lot and Honda Care’s problem or the service technicians are completely incompetent and did actually miss the malfunction. There wasn’t a check engine light to alert anyone. I’m furious but keep it in check and ask Andy Mohr to go ahead and get the parts ordered. We’ll schedule to bring the car back for the repair. Before I’m down the road I get a call asking me to contact Honda Care. I was close so I stopped back at the dealership. The agent said Honda Care needed me to call for a statement because it had only been 5 days since I purchased the car. They called back declining the repair before I got there. Fraud was confirmed. There was a service note for coolant fouled plugs during the previous service. Honda Care wants the car returned to seller for repair. What is more than furious? More
