Honda World had the product (a second hybrid) we wanted, but we also visited the dealership with a carefully planned timeline for when and how we would make the purchase. We are not susceptible to typical pressure approaches regardless of how tried-and-true. Richard Thompson's obvious experience in sales and his thorough knowledge of the products turned the chore of making careful wise decisions into a pleasurable experience. No pressure, no manipulation, just a willingness and an ability to make our wishes happen. His team relationship with Holly Pitt, delivery specialist manager, was also evident. Holly made a potentially complicated and confusing introduction to a plethora of state of the art high tech features as simple and clear as humanly possible. Like Richard, she was both patient and knowledgeable. Finally, Kent Donahue performed the magic of making the finance portion of the transaction somewhat pleasurable.:-) In our experience all three of these individuals rate an 11 on a 10 point scale. :-) As this review is written they are continuing to provide top notch assistance following the sale - where integrity really counts.
