I brought my sister and brother-in-law with me and they were so impressed with Tom's service that they purchased a Civic from Tom a few week later. Odyssey Purchase My wife decided that she didn't like the design of the 2018 Odysseys and the last straw was they didn't have CD players so we set out to find a lightl My wife decided that she didn't like the design of the 2018 Odysseys and the last straw was they didn't have CD players so we set out to find a lightly used 2017. That brought us to salesman Chris Stromberg who took very good care of us with a competitive purchase and trade price. Manager Steve Bell really stepped up and addressed head-on a fairly minor glitch and Jeani Carlson-Bratton followed through in exceptional style in ironing out any paperwork issues. Excellent team all around and my wife will be happy with this for years to come. More
