I decided to wait for the checks and maintenance needed in the comfortable waiting room, replete with free coffee and the latest daily newspapers. While I had been informed that the maintenance and checks needed could take up to three hours, it was only about two hours before I was on the way home in my newly conditioned Honda. I was in the area prior to the day that I thought that I could make it in so I dropped by. Arthur greeted me at the door. He was just the one I was looking for because not only had I done my research on my car, I had done my research on him as well! ( 5 star rated dealer) He pulled the car around for me so I could see it. A day or two later my husband made an appointment to drive the car. He had it parked up front for us on hold ready to go. He was very easy to work with, gave us all the information that we needed and made our experience both pleasant and fun. We ended up purchasing the car and I am so happy with both my new ride and the experience that we had ( now I can party like it's 1999). He even filled the tank for us. I recommend looking him up if you are at Honda World! More

Worked with me Cody was very friendly and got help when I asked for him to honor Goodyear's quote. Dale explained to me why he could not come down to what Goodyear quoted but we compromised together and came up with a price that was acceptable to me. I really wanted to stay with Honda World but money is now an issue for me because I recently retired and now on a fixed income. Shopping around for the best price is paramount to me. Car was fixed in a timely fashion. While I was in the waiting room I had trouble getting tea. Cashier (didn't get name) came over and helped me. I appreciate how attentive everyone was. I have bought my last two cars from you guys and when I am ready to buy again, I will come see you because of your willingness to help me. More
