Upon arriving at the Louisville location I was gree I called the service dept. and quickly received an appointment for the "Recall Required Service". Upon arriving at the Louisville location I was greeted and taken to my designated technician (Josh Swartz) and he took care of paperwork and signature requirements. I asked for the provided transportation to and from my home, and the driver was available in less than 20 minutes. I had the service completed and me back at the dealership to pick up my car in less than the estimated time. Just what I want my dealership to provide to its customers. More
