I had remembered Marshall's name listed on wall plaques (hundreds of times as sales person of the month) from the last time we had visited Honda World to upgrade my husband's vehicle nearly 2 years ago. Our experience that last visit was less than enjoyable due to the salesperson, which is not typical of this dealership (we have been customers repeatedly). This time, when we went car searching, I just knew we had to meet the man behind all of those salesperson of the month awards! So when we pulled up at the lot, we asked for him by name. Unfortunately, the SUV we had found online had been sold the day before. We talked with Marshall in the lot for quite awhile that day and he got a good feel for our family and what we were searching for. After a few calls and texts back and forth, we decided to put our search on hold for a bit. Marshall was amazingly patient with us. He didn't call to harass us like other sales people have in the past. A couple times I texted him to inquire about vehicles I had seen online. He would answer my questions, then he would give me space to think about it and go at my own pace. This past week we decided that the time was right and we were going to find our new vehicle. One quick text to Marshall to verify he was at the lot and we were on our way! When we pulled up to the lot, there was Marshall smiling with a couple keys in his hand! The first SUV he showed us was THE one. Marshall took the time to LISTEN to us and our needs rather than try to tell us what our needs were. Because of that, he was spot on in finding something that we would fall in love with. We didn't even need to test drive anything else because our search was over. I cannot begin to say enough good things about Marshall. I need to talk some friends into shopping for cars just so I can send them to buy a car from Marshall! More

I checked in at the assigned time, was told it would take a while and provided a courtesy ride home rather than wait in the Dealership. I received a call to inform mr the work was done, an electronic copy of my service work and cost of service. I was given a ride back to the dealership, where my bill and car (freshly washed) were ready as promised. All in all, a very good service experience. More

I knew immediately that I was in for a long road trying to find the right car for me and my needs and to find another SUV that I would love just as much as my old one. However, because of Chris and the great team over at Honda World my fears were put to rest as Chris was so kind and patient with me throughout this whole buying experience. If it were not for him, I would not have the fabulous car I am driving now! Thank you Chris! I will be sure to recommend you to everyone! More

It is common to think that you can never trust a dealership service advisor.....well nothing could be farther from the truth when it comes to Josh at It is common to think that you can never trust a dealership service advisor.....well nothing could be farther from the truth when it comes to Josh at Honda World. I purchased a used 2016 Honda Accord out of state less than a week ago when I started having issues with the vehicle. After further research I found out that this car had been in for the same issue 3 times prior to my ownership. I explained to Josh that this was my 2nd time bringing it in myself for this same issue and expressed how concerning and fustrating it was. I let Josh know that I contacted Honda America (OEM) and had a case number opened. I supplied him with old service records and explained to him that I did not want my car to be treated as a "trial and error" test dummy. That I wanted the car properly diagnosed and repaired. After many calls to the OEM and Honda Tech lines... Josh got the OEM to listen. He was an advocate for me when the OEM just wanted to send me home with an unresolved problem. I honestly do not think any repairs would have gotten done if it was not for Josh and his dedication to getting my car diagnosed and repaired correctly. Josh gets 5 Stars in my book and I will never use another advisor other than him. Thanks Josh! More
