Easy, pleasant first car purchase I haven't owned a car for 6 years and was nervous about visiting a "stealership" and being hardballed about add-ons and the price. Instead, I had a very simple, pleasant and quick experience. I checked the inventory online, confirmed on Saturday with Andre that it was on the lot, got the final price over email from Andre Saturday afternoon, preapplied online for Honda incentive financing through the website, and then visited in person on Sunday to buy the car. Andre was very responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and took extra steps to make my purchase as easy as possible. He took a call after hours on Saturday to discuss a timeline for purchase and then call me before the dealership opened on Sunday to confirm the car was still available. He made sure the car was ready when I arrived and things went smoothly with the other departments. I was out in less than 2 hours, which included a test drive and a hands on walk through of the tech features and settings. I would recommend Andre and this dealership. I've already scheduled online to have some additional parts installed next week on my new vehicle! More

Worst car buying experience I have had to date When I talked with Andy I told him very specifically that if the interest rate was more than 1.9 percent then I would just stop and get my loan throug When I talked with Andy I told him very specifically that if the interest rate was more than 1.9 percent then I would just stop and get my loan through my bank. He came back and specifically said that the 1.9% was not an issue with our credit rating. Then there was an issue with the Honda financing process where Honda would not give us a loan because my wife is on a permanent green card (something that I plan on complaining to Honda about). We had to do a loan through another bank and I specifically asked Andy if we still got the 1.9% financing with the new loan with another bank. I asked him this several times and several times was told the financing was not affected. When we finally got back to the finance person and at the very end of doing all the paperwork (it was already after 6:00 PM and we had been at the dealership for almost 5 hours) the finance person showed me the loan and the interest rated was for 4.25%. I was very angry and really should have walked away at that moment but I had already wasted my entire afternoon and my wife wanted the car and we were not even sure where our car was at this time and neither of the sales managers or any other manager was there to discuss this with. The finance manager told me that the rate could never have been that low. I really feel that we were lied to and that we were treated to a bait and switch on financing. I could have gotten a cheaper rate anywhere with my rating and more than $15,000 down in cash and equity trade. That rate is ridiculous today but at that time I felt I did not have much of a choice. I am not pleased and really feel that this was misrepresented during the deal negotiations and am really not happy about it. This will probably prevent me from ever doing business with this dealership again as I truly feel it was a game and if I had known before the last form that the interest rate was 4.25% (5 hours after I started looking at cars at this dealership) I would have walked. Also to date I have had no response to my emails and my wife went to the dealership and the only thing we were told is they would let us redo the loan through our bank. The whole customer service experience was lacking. This so called “mistake” cost me at least $1200 in financing costs over the life of the loan and that is not acceptable. More
