Replace Radiator on Honda Pilot Customer Service was great and they were able to get us on the road the same day! We were driving from WI to Asheville NC when the radiator blew and Customer Service was great and they were able to get us on the road the same day! We were driving from WI to Asheville NC when the radiator blew and mixed with the tranny fluid. We defiantly thought we would have to stay an extra day but they completed job same day and we were off to NC. Thanks Honda World! More

To no fault of the salesmans effort the deal was finally done..word of advice to upper management...the focus of quality and loyalty should be priority rather then continous focus on quantity (meaning if a customer has purchased 3 out of 4 last vehicles with your business you should be willing to work them more on the price). If the salespeople had more say so more cars would be sold...sometimes having more chiefs then indians is a bad thing More

He was friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and was easily able to answer all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend working with Chris if you're looking to purchase a car. The price was competitive with other private and dealer prices in the area. My experience was also great with the Honda World finance department, the man who helped me fill out all the necessary paperwork, and with Hannah, the person who showed me how to set up the car's Bluetooth integration. Overall, I couldn't have been happier. More

Got it done Rated a 4 of 5 simply because of the built-in frustrations of buying a new car and going through the agony of 1) having to participate in the back a Rated a 4 of 5 simply because of the built-in frustrations of buying a new car and going through the agony of 1) having to participate in the back and forth game of settling on a price, although our salesman was savvy enough to get a sales manager involved early, so it wasn't too bad. And 2) getting all the registration and finance paperwork done-- uggh! Both sales and finance folks were polite and helpful; it's just so TEDIOUS! We've dealt with Swope in the past and went there to buy. And would recommend them to others. More

You need to know that the person we dealt with in service was Debra Judd and she gave 110% effort to make sure that we were taken care of and satisfied throughout the 3 visits it took to get the problem resolved. You should consider yourself very lucky to have such a valuable asset in your organization. It is people like her that will keep customers loyal to your dealership rather than going elsewhere. More

Kevin was also great and helped us get through all the confusing financial paperwork. My total experience here was great and I left feeling really comfortable about the decision we made. I hate that i can't remember her name but the girl that showed us how to use all the features right before we left was great too! My new car is awesome and I hope to have it for years. If something ever happens and I need a new one I'm defintely coming back to Honda World and I'll refer everyone I know here. More
