Pleased with Service Recently had my car serviced at Sam Swope Honda.. My first Oil Change on Civic that was purchased last year.. When I heard that you did not schedule, Recently had my car serviced at Sam Swope Honda.. My first Oil Change on Civic that was purchased last year.. When I heard that you did not schedule, but they were first come, I thought that my day would be spent waiting for those ahead of me. What a surprise ! It took no time at all. Only thing was I noticed they did not record the change in my log book.. It stated in the Manual to be at 7,500 miles. However, it had only 2,600 miles. It had been 14 Months since it was purchased, so I had it changed. Now I wonder should it be changed at 7,500 ? Any way I appreciated the fast service and care the dealership provided..... This was my second Honda purchased from Sam Swope Honda. Also, the sixth Honda in our Family...Soon to be a seventh! Thanks, Jerry More

I like so many others out there dread going to buy a car but Damon made my experience the bes I had an Awesome Salesman by the name of Damon Hampton. I like so many others out there dread going to buy a car but Damon made my experience the best I have ever had. He was courteous, friendly and best of all down to earth. I did not feel pressured to buy a car that was out of my price range I told him what I wanted and where I needed to be payment wise and he got the job done. I got the car I wanted and the payment I needed !! Just can't express how grateful I am that I found my way to Damon and the wonderful Customer Service I received from him. Outstanding Service Manager - Dale The Service Manager (Dale) at Sam Swope Honda World went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Within 5 minutes of my 7:00 am arrival the The Service Manager (Dale) at Sam Swope Honda World went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Within 5 minutes of my 7:00 am arrival the Service Manager could sense my heightened stress and concern over a Certified Honda purchase issue that the Used Sales Mgr had left me in. This car that I had just purchased a few weeks back was to take my oldest son off to College for the first time that morning. Dale was quick to take me out on a test drive and personally assess the problem. During the drive he listened to my concerns, immediately picked up on the issue, and realized the pressure that we were under. Upon return he drove it right up on the lift, personally inspected the vehicle, performed rapid troubleshooting, and ultimately called the correct shot to address the issue. Once the technician completed the work as dispatched...Dale once again jumped in the car, pulled it off the lift, and rode with me on the test drive to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Knowing that I was pressed for time...he took care of all the paper work after I left and emailed me the necessary documentation. Bottom Line: Dale was focused on satisfying the customer and not worried about meeting some "financial goal". Dale's interpersonal skills and quick call to action left me with a very positive impression of Sam Swope Honda World's Service Dept. Outstanding job!!!! More
