I knew what I was looking for when I requested a quote online and received email responses very quickly and a call from Sales Manager Chuck Marley soon afterwards. Chuck answered some questions and we set up a time for me to come in. Upon arrival, he introduced me to my Salesman Tom Prinzo who was outstanding! He is personable, well versed in his product line and very expert in the complexities of financing. His approach was focused on meeting my needs and sure, I won't pretend a salesman doesn't want to sell, but I felt absolutely ZERO pressure from him. He worked with me on the financing offering several options and was willing to discuss the pros and cons of each. I had done my homework before I started the process and was fully prepared to buy a car when I came to the dealership, but I was also fully prepared to walk away if I felt I was ever disrespected, pressured or swindled. I am 52 years old and this wasn't my first car. Tom may be a young guy, but he knows what he is doing and I really appreciated his businesslike attitude. What I didn't expect was to find my new car fully prepped waiting in a clean room with Luke Seward there to deliver it to me. I already knew what the car could do, but he walked me through the features and controls and when he raised the door I drove out into a rainstorm feeling as if I had driven the car for years. I cannot recommend the sales department of this dealer enough. I hope the car and the maintenance department live up to the reputation sales has established! We shall see. More
