They don't know what is sales goal I was searching for 2017 Honda Civic after going through different dealers l said let me check this location. The worst Customer Service you will ever get I had a really bad experience. I went to the store to buy a car. Having a special situation with my credit but they knew that still I was able to fina I had a really bad experience. I went to the store to buy a car. Having a special situation with my credit but they knew that still I was able to finance a car with a letter approval that I had to pay for it with my Lawyer. The finance Manager David gave me a fake approval from the Bank for me to request the letter even Tito which is the other Finance manager told me that the car chosen It will be held for me until I get the letter. I got it in 3 days, I came back to the dealer with the money and the letter that cost me $525 and when I came back they told me the car was sold. And nobody did anything there to help me out. All liars. Nobody has a word, nobody you can trust. My experience with them was horrible. I will never recommend this place to anybody. Very unprofessional people working there. They are careless, The worst customer service you would ever get. More
Takes so long I had an appointment for service at a certain time with an employee he didn't get to my car until 15mins later. Refund about a GAP that they are not giving the money back It's been more than 60 days since i cancelled the gap insurance from the honda finance. Is already 14 of March and i've been calling every weekend and TITO ZAPATA from honda of aventura is avoiding my calls, my emails, my texts, even his presence when i am there magically, he is not there. the last time in january when i contact him he told that my refund in spanish "esta traspapelado", what does even mean i ask him and he told me he was gonna call. Never call me back! Thats the way of honda of aventura take care of his customers avoiding them and ignoring their legal requests. More

Excellent first-time visit My first-ever visit to Honda of Aventura was awesome! When I drove up to the service lane, Richard greeted me and made me feel welcome. I initially ca My first-ever visit to Honda of Aventura was awesome! When I drove up to the service lane, Richard greeted me and made me feel welcome. I initially came in for an oil change, but Richard helpfully informed me that at 15k miles, my car needed a full service inspection actually. Since I'm fairly naive about the full parameters of car care, I appreciated his insight and his guidance about keeping my Civic in tip-top shape. Richard definitely had my best interest and made sure I was in and out of there in no time. Honda of Aventura has gained a new lasting customer. More
