After insisting to speak to a manager I received a callback from the general manager who apologized and agreed that communication with the customer is important. Hopefully he recognizes that he has a failure mode in this area. Then I received a call back from the advisor working on my car who also apologized and said that he's been really busy. (In my opinion the is the worst excuse because it means I'm too busy for YOU). Anyway he said he's been waiting for a replacement window and it should be in Monday or Tuesday. (Two weeks for a window seems a little excessive but we'll see what happens.
My car has been at their service department for nine days and I can't get a status update. Person who answers sends asks who my advisor and when I tell them they say, "One minute", put me on hold then I'm sent to voicemail. Left messages and they do NOT call back. I have no idea what's going on. DO NOT use this dealer for service.
