Horrible customer service & lies I knew about the place through TrueGeico website. First time I went there after checking the car that was according to the dealer in stock. Printed out my TrueGeico certificate and I presented it to the manager, Luis ? , he looked at me weird and said " the car is not longer with us", I said ok. Later on, They were trying to sell me another car. I noticed the stickers where cars' prices are reflected vary from the ones in the website. So I sent my offer through the website and once again obtained my certificate when I did it they made me feel very uncomfortable. The sales associate was very professional, Robert Oslan but when we met the manager, Luis?. He was giving me aptitude and did not honor my website price. More

If you enjoy being lied to, wasting your time, and being offered a Honda way more than a Mercedes than by all means visit Aventura Honda. They sell you a first class ticket on the titanic before you get in only to leave you sinking with the rest of the steerage passengers when you arrive. I highly recommend visiting a more reputable dealer with a name rather than this small town rip off dealer. The managers start the lying process, the salesman ram it home because they have no other choice. Being told certain models come with certain things when you know for a fact they don't. This is one of those places where they sell you a dream, and give you a nightmare. I advise any and all to drive anywhere else but Aventura for a new Honda. You'll thank yourself in the long run. Beware . Got lied to my face. With the rush i didnt confirm the info (my fault for trusting their knowledge) careful with their fees, they tried charging me . Got lied to my face. Then another 900 for dealer fee (search others they are cheaper and some will remove it) plus a separate insurance 399 so you are stuck going back to the same bad experience. Check the veihicle. I bought a used one. Engine oil service past due and was over filled!!! Forget about talking to them afterwards, the managers wont answer your calls... Salesman vlad, sales Manager burk and gsm joe dennis they all cover for each other. They are worse than the irs. I wish i would have read these feedbacks before wasting my money. I had a deal in another dealership same vehicle with real information lower price same terms. What a waste... If trading first go to carmax or autobuy. With their appraisal, i got these voulchers to increase their trade offer by $3000. Dont be fooled... More

Dishonest i have been buying my cars from this location for past several years. i had a great experience. but they have changed ownership recently and they ar i have been buying my cars from this location for past several years. i had a great experience. but they have changed ownership recently and they are not truthful. i sold my car to them and leased a new car from them they are supposed to give me check, they have been giving me the run around for past 2 weeks, i have asked for explanation of charges and deal structure they sent me to to different person. i think they raised the value of the new car that i leased in order to buy my car at the price i was asking with out telling me and then rushed me to sign the documents with out explanation.
