From the moment my brother and I walked in, we were greeted with a smile and top notch customer care. Albert and Nick took care of us and worked diligently to ensure our satisfaction. Leo, in the financing department, was amazing and made this portion of buying a car EASY as PIE! We are very pleased, excited, and thankful to all those at Aventura Honda who made our car buying experience free from stress! Liars. Worst experience buying a car. Told me everything I wanted to hear in order to get me to buy the car and then left me hanging completely afterwards. I Worst experience buying a car. I traded in a car with a $500 radio and assurances that I would have that radio returned to me. My car was sent to auction with that radio and nothing was done to get it back to me. Got brushed off around every corner. General Manager offered me a free oil change for the trouble. Thanks but that's nowhere near $500. Buy your car from a better dealership who will hold up their end of the bargain. More
