We moved here 6 years ago and I’ve been doing business with you guys since. I recently had our car service and when the service department went over the check sheet and the sheet is checked Satisfactory (green) under interior and exterior service meaning my wipers are in good shape. Afterward I got gas and went to clean my windshield, when I lifted the passenger side wiper the rubber was split about 6” hanging there. Boy was surprised this was just checked. I was so disappointing that I tried not giving you guys a bad review. But after filling out the survey and never heard back I’m even more disappointed in you guys.
