This is my 6th Honda lease through Honda of Bellingham and I got lucky enough to work with Ashley. She was so attentive, considerate of my wants and needs, and patient beyond words. There was never any pressure, or typical car dealer BS. Matthew was super friendly, never pushy, and answered all of our questions. He has a very sincere personality. He even made our son comfortable during his first buying experience. (Our poor son was pretty nervous and probably thought we were crazy after all of the stories we shared of past dealer experiences.) This CRV was short a set of keys, but Matthew reassured us that they would take care of us, and they did. Another new set of keys at no extra cost after many attempts were made to find the original from the previous owner. We would highly recommend Matthew and Honda of Bellingham for your future Honda buying experience. More
Great service I had major service on my 2014 Honda Accord. It had over 100,000 miles on it and I wanted to keep up with any maintenance due. The staff returned an unsafe vehicle to us, failing to identify a catastrophic camshaft problem. Our 2009 Odyssey Touring needed an engine overhaul. We were offered $500 for the car towards the purchase o identify a catastrophic camshaft problem. Our 2009 Odyssey Touring needed an engine overhaul. We were offered $500 for the car towards the purchase of a used Odyssey. We had been loyal Honda customers for over 10 years and would have liked to stay with the brand, but the way we were treated didn’t really offer us any choice, but to pursue other options. A dealership down the street, with whom we have no history gave us superior treatment and a good deal. Apart from being a disappointing customer experience, it doesn’t seem to be a sound business decision either since We are not going to use their services again. Any revenue generated by the sale of a used car likely pales in comparison to future revenue streams resulting from parts, service and referrals. More
Fixed the problem.. Went in for an Oil change and mentioned I was hearing a noise that seemed to be coming from the rear wheel. They put it in the main shop, found the problem, Rear brake drums had been tightened down to far, made the proper adjustment, and fixed the problem. They did not do the last Brake job but I will take it there the next time I need any kind of service.. More
