Morocco in particular was helpful and so patient when a few unforeseen problems arouse, and he handled it all with grace and a good humor. He did a wonderful job of explaining details of the car that I (as an uneducated car person) did not understand. I felt confident with my understanding of the car through him. I also so appreciated Sam for our lovely talk and how nicely she walked me through the financial side of the process. Looking forward to coming back and visiting! More

60 k servive, brakes, and timing belt! I took our 2012 Honda Pilot in for its 60K major service, needed to replace the brake pads, and it was due (7 years old) to replace the timing belt. Excellent price and Uncomfortable Experience I came in with intent to purchase a car by writing a check. I was told they need to run a credit history before accepting my check. Salesperson Stephanie Akers assured me it was a soft pull and my score will drop a little. I accepted. Near the end of the paperwork, Steve Misencik the sales manager said he reviewed my credit history and he tried hard to convince me to take out a loan. I declined. On the next day, my credit score dropped dramatically as the result of a hard inquiry by Northwest Honda. The worse experience was being in office with Steve Misencik. Also there is a manager who my salesperson Stephanie met after each round of negotiations. I don't know his name. He never introduced himself and never smiled as I walked by him a couple times. He was the last person I saw before I left with purchased car. It had a lasting negative impression of Northwest Honda. More

Excellent & Friendly Sales Experience I stopped by NW Honda on my way home form work one day and was looking at the Honda Accords. Ashley came out and asked if I needed help. I told her wh I stopped by NW Honda on my way home form work one day and was looking at the Honda Accords. Ashley came out and asked if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and we connected right away. I did not feel any pressure from her at all, which was refreshing. I went back to drive a couple of Honda Accords and really liked one of them right away! We worked out the price and I bought it and am thrilled with the car and the entire experience!
