This dealership still operates by using the salesman as an 'advocate' for the customer against the back office staff. It is a hostile shopping experience. After all the back and forth, the back office staff (John) finally emerged to shake my hand and complain about the roof rack he threw in.. He seemed like the stereotypical used car salesman that most people avoid dealing with. Honda makes great vehicles,but can learn a lot from modern dealerships that provide a pleasant, comfortable shopping experience,like Subaru, or many dealerships in Colorado. The finance officer (Camille) is friendly and professional, but has to offer three extra packages in full at the time of sale, even though the salesman already offers these services. That part of the sale is tedious after the already long process. Edit. After submitting my review, the manager called to stress that he was sorry I had a disappointing experience and we discussed the sale and reasons for this review. I stressed that there are some good people working here, but one employee and the sales process made things uncomfortable for us. He was friendly and interested in ensuring I was taken care of. More
