I purchased a 2018 Accord. The purchase process was seamless and as easy as I could have asked for. My disappointment with Honda is with 3 issues Masking of a smoke odor that was not noticed u seamless and as easy as I could have asked for. My disappointment with Honda is with 3 issues Masking of a smoke odor that was not noticed until after purchase Rattle at front passenger door (which was fixed) Rear deck rattle which hasn’t been fixed and Honda denies is there. I KNOW what I hear. Additionally , a quick on line search and you can see it is a regular issue. At any rate , No one likes to purchase a smoking rattling car. More

The seller agent Moe was fantastic. No problem with not the buying process but after the fact. My car was getting leather fixed as part of the deal because the car had damage leather. Days later I came to the buying process but after the fact. My car was getting leather fixed as part of the deal because the car had damage leather. Days later I came to pick up the car to drive off the lot for the first time. 10 to 20 miles after the TPMS sensor came on. I ran a scan tool to see what was going on and indicated that the sensors have failed. Even more concerning it showed that the car would not pass emissions because there was a problem with the catalytic converter. That piece cost several thousand dollars on top of the labor. Don’t buy used cars from here. It’s gonna cost you more than the cost of the car in repairs. More
