He is truly a kind and wonderful person to work with. He actually cares about me and my family. We have kept in touch over the year with random questions regarding the Odyssey we bought in 2018 so I felt very comfortable coming to him when we were ready to buy a Ridgeline. I can be a difficult customer at times and never once did I feel that he didn't actually want the best deal for us.
