We knew we wanted a certified pre-owned 2015 Honda Civic, and HoC had two which gave us options and both cars were in excellent condition and the prices were comparable if not better than other sellers we had seen. We located the cars through the USAA Car Buying site and saved an additional $100 on the car and got our introduction to Zak Rhodes. Zak answered our online inquiry about both cars within a minute or two and what a pleasure he was to talk with on the phone. We knew instantly that Zak was the Sales Consultant we wanted to work with and meeting him in person gave us complete confidence in our soon to be car buying experience. It all started with a phone call I made to her after having my time wasted at a certain other Honda dealership somewhere in the Falls Church area (won't name names though...not worth the keystrokes). Shannelle was kind, friendly, and diligently checked on the pre-owned 2016 Accord Touring vehicle I was interested in to make sure it was actually still available before having me drive 30 miles from my home. I appreciated her hard work so much that I decided to make the trip to Chantilly and test drive the car. Needless to say, I liked it, and decided to purchase it. As one reviewer pointed out, she was not pushy and never used high pressure sales tactics to force me into doing anything I wasn't comfortable with. Best of all, she was able to answer all my questions and concerns I had while signing the paperwork that evening. When I returned to pick up my Accord the next day, Shannelle went the extra mile and took care of returning my rental car to the rental place. Perhaps mostly impressively, she has lived up to everything she said she would do, and has demonstrated a willingness to do so even at great personal cost to herself time-wise. She never lied or used trickery to get a sale. Shannelle is the embodiment of good customer service and integrity- qualities that are in short supply these days. I would wholeheartedly recommend her and the dealership to anyone looking for a Honda. Shannelle is by far the best sales person I've ever done business with. More
