My story....I started last week looking at Honda's. I was recommended to get a Honda or a Toyota since I needed a commuter car as well as an SUV. I didn't like the features or feel of the Toyota. I looked at used Honda's...price was high even for used AND the sales rep knew nothing about the car. I had to teach him! Decided to use an online source to open the floodgates of sales people contacting me. UGH. But lo and behold, I found someone that was excellent right off the starting line. Stephanie was very personable and helpful. We made arrangements to meet the next day. She introduced me to Zak! Can I just say WOW! This man knows his cars. How many sales people do you know who take the time to understand EVERYTHING about what they are selling? I understand the other sales reps turn to him also...and he isn't a veteran either like they are (other sales reps, take note!!). That says something about Zak. He cares and wants to help his clients. I didn't realize it until he was showing me the features of my car before I left that the car can drive itself. lol To some degree anyway. Honda technology at its finest!! Scary but cool too!! I also worked with Jay Palani to do allllll the paperwork to buy the car. I felt like I was buying a house again. haha But this is norm so if you want a car, you "deal" with it! :). Jay was very informative also....my past car ownership experience made me realize I needed the extended warranty so Jay was able to explain everything to me very thoroughly. Oh yea, I have to give a shout out to the guys in the service department too...they added my tow hitch for me. Looks great and very professional! I can't wait to use it! :) If you want to buy a Honda and want that family experience....go here and work with Stephanie, Zak and Jay. You will NOT be disappointed! I actually look forward to going back for my first maintenance! This team is awesome! More

Excellent, but not without $$ bumps Zak is a consummate car salesman. Could not be more friendly, knowledgeable, or helpful. 5 stars hands down. Jay took all the time and effort needed to explain everything clearly in black and white detail. His sale of an additional warranty and undermining Honda's basic warranty is a little gray and suspect. Also, He made us sign disturbing backup contract to be put in place if we did not provide DD-214. All and all He's did his job and his follow up is appreciated . Jamal Edmonds was personable, charismatic, and a genuinely a nice guy. But somehow our dealings with him hit a $1500 bump in the sale. According to Jamal the advertised internet sale price, posted on the internet and quoted to us by Zak on the Pilot to get us to come, and factored into the deal we were making, was incorrect. Jamal admitted it was a mistake. It was there mistake but at my $1500 expense. We compromised on $500, he gave me an additional $500 veterans discount but I still paid up $500. Thus in principle, staining the excellence. Their business and his responsibility is to make money. He did his job well. Excellent car, excellent deal, excellent people, with typical glitch. All and all we are happy and satisfied. More

By the time we go to the appointment, he was still helping other customers and we were handed off to someone else. That person was extremely unhelpful and seemed to just hate life. We left with a pretty bad taste in our mouth. I really liked the car though (2018 Civic Ex) and decided to go back. So I made an appointment, and when we showed up we were greeted by Zak Rhodes. He made our entire experience a pleasure, knew a ton about the car, told us everything about the Sales process and was just a great person to interact with. Would definitely recommend working with him if you are looking to buy a car! More

Taken advantage of I went into the Honda Chantilly dealership in May. I picked a car out in the showroom that was marked down (big yellow tag).... took a test drive. I sat down with the sakes guy, Justin Sproles, who said my Fico score was lower than it actually was, which it wasn’t (proven), and then he kept insisting that the car price couldn’t be lowered beyond a certain amount (which was $800 more than the yellow mark down price). I asked about why the car had been discounted and he acted like he didn’t he hadn’t heard my question. After all the back and forth he came back to inform me there was 3,700 miles on the car. I asked why, he said one of the managers had taken it home for a few weeks. This was obviously a lie. This cat was a car they used for test drives, which is why there were so many miles on it, and why I discovered a hole in the mat after I got home, chips in the paint Andorra both doors, and the REASON why the car had been marked down considerably. I was overcharged $800.00 and they took advantage of me because I was still recovering from a car accident a few days earlier. I should not have bought my car there. More
