They never pressured me to make a decision, instead, they were more than accommodating in highlighting the differences between the vehicles that I was interested in purchasing and extremely knowledgable about the features. Not pressuring me doesn't mean that they forgot about me either. They gave me time to think about the vehicles and followed up with respectful calls. Justin and Rodrigo made my car buying experience a very positive one. I am very happy and satisfied with their services. Jay capped off the purchase by being personable and extremely professional with a touch of humor. From the beginning to the end, they all made the entire experience a very positive one! More

Very friendly staff which made the experience stress free. I have bought a Toyota Highlander from those folks and I was very satisfied with the experience. He is very unprofessional, rude, and mean to us, may be coz i'm not an native American?? he was very loud to us about pricing, but i still end up buying coz I'm dump... no complains about sales but the person in charge treats you bad with no respect do you even care about other thing? If you are going to look for car don't end up buying from this place, please take your time and look around. there are plenty other dealership who can give you great price and walk out with new car with a big smile but I wasn't just coz I had to deal with this GM!! Zak Rhodes was our salesman and was extremely helpful throughout the process without being pushy. The first day Zak took us on a test drive and wanted to drive first to properly demonstrate all the features the car had... there were A LOT. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car. Upon coming back the next day to sign papers he had everything ready for us. After the papers were signed and everything was done he still spent another 30 minutes helping my mom pair her phone with the car and setting up various settings in the car without even being asked. What sets Zak apart from any other salesman I have worked with is that he has a real admiration for the cars that he is selling and for working with his customers to ensure their happiness. When I asked him what he likes about being a salesman he simply said "I enjoy meeting and talking to new people." Most salesman in my experience do not view their "job" this way. More

Zak helped my daughter decide what cars made the most sense and had an in-depth knowledge of all the features which he shared with us during several several test drives. Zak was extremely responsive to all of our numerous questions whether we were with him in the showroom or communicating via email. Once my daughter decided what car she wanted (a CR-V) Zak worked closely with us and his management team to give us a very good price and was always focused on what was best for my daughter. His professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience a really good one. The whole team at Honda of Chantilly (Zak, Elisha, the business managers Louis and Jay) was wonderful. Whenever I buy my next car Zak will be the first person I go to! More
