There was never any sense that he needed to "close the deal" before we left the dealership. He (and the sales manager) respected that we weren't looking to buy immediately. This past weekend, we returned to the dealership and asked for Zak. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, but none have been easier or smoother than buying the 2018 Accord Sport from Zak. During the entire process, Zak did everything he could to make the process enjoyable while never being pushy or playing any games. I really felt like he had my son's best interests in mind, and it made my decision to buy an easy one. Zak got me the price I wanted, the rate I wanted, and masterfully managed the process all the way through the delivery of the vehicle. I recommend Honda of Chantilly and I recommend Zak Rhodes for anyone looking to buy a car and looking to have a great experience doing so. More

Worst Customer Service I had my brand new car serviced(oil change) at the end of summer, for the windshield washer fluid they used summer fluid. In Dec 2017, on my way to Ph I had my brand new car serviced(oil change) at the end of summer, for the windshield washer fluid they used summer fluid. In Dec 2017, on my way to Philly, the summer fluid was frozen and salt was on glass, I was not able to drive. When I called the service dept, their customer service was not agreeing to the fact it was their issue. How would the customer know like what fluid they used during servicing?? More

Zak made buying my new 2018 CR-V as easy as possible, saved me money, and literally went out into freezing cold weather to change my license plates for me (way harder than you’d think bc of the anti theft system I have on my plates). He’s knowledgeable of the products he’s selling and of the competition ( which goes a long way when you’re trying to narrow down your choices). One of the moments that impressed me most is when he gave a coworker a potential sale.....in a sales industry that’s a big deal, and I could see how much his coworker appreciated that. To me, this says a lot about Zak, and the dealership as a whole. Thanks for all your help Zak, especially the second day when I came back sick! In fact, I was dreading taking on this unexpected “chore” as most of my previous car-buying experiences had felt similar to getting a root canal. Honda of Chantilly and sales consultant Zak Rhodes changed that perception, however. Right from the beginning, I could tell things were going to be different. Friendly but not overbearing, Zak first listened to my story and paid attention to my needs/wants without once launching into an overzealous sales pitch. The test drive was informative and surprisingly fun, and I left the dealership with the CRV high on my list of possibilities and without feeling like I had been beaten into submission. While I took a little time to consider other options, Zak let me know he was available to answer any questions I might have or take me on another test drive, but I welcomed the fact that he did not bombard me with a stream of phone calls or texts. It was that respectful approach as much as the quality of the car that solidified my decision to go with a Honda. Zak was helping another customer when I returned to negotiate a deal a few days later, but instead of being left to wait until he was free, I was quickly introduced to his capable associate Amanda Simpson. She appreciated that I did not want to hang around the dealership all day and was very instrumental in making things happen. First Honda Honda of Chantilly had a first timer with me and I can’t believe it took me this long to realize how great of a car line they have. It was all because Honda of Chantilly had a first timer with me and I can’t believe it took me this long to realize how great of a car line they have. It was all because of Zak Rhodes that I drove in with a 2009 Malibu and home with a 2017 Civic in less than 3 hours. I wanted to write Zak a review as a dealer but unfortunately this high quality asset has yet to be loaded into your employee database on the site. Zak was punctual, intelligent, articulate, professional and personable. He was able to answer all my questions on the spot, he was respectful to my wife and children, and he made me feel like I was the most important person in the building.
