Worst sales manager Mike Waters Went 2 times to this dealer same day 1st time waited for 1 Hr to bring car for test drive. After that we did not satisfied and went away. Mike Water Went 2 times to this dealer same day 1st time waited for 1 Hr to bring car for test drive. After that we did not satisfied and went away. Mike Waters called me over the phone and offered me price inclusive of tax & tiltle but after test drive he told me that the price is before all taxes and he denied to hear phone recorded conversation wasted lot of time. Never recommend this Honda of Chantilly. More

Although that particular style and color is not very common right now, Justin Sproles, the sales associate that I worked with, said that he could find one, and he did. He was very knowledgeable and able to work the deals to get the car that I was looking for. He and Rob Fraker, the business manager, made it all quick and easy. I'm very satisfied with my new car and with my first experience with Honda of Chantilly. I'll definitely return when I'm ready to buy another car. More

I e-mailed Justin on Wed night and told him what I was looking for. He responded immediately and arranged a meeting for the following morning at 11:45am. We quickly agreed on the purchase price of the new car plus the end of year incentives that would be applied. In addition we agreed on a fair trade in value for my old Accord that was immediately applied to the new car deal. In addition my financing arrangement was approved in very short order and in less then 60 minutes the deal was done. By 2pm I drove off the lot with my new Accord minus my old car which was turned over to the used car operation. Justin and the support staff at the agency were outstanding and extremely professional. I highly recommend Justin and this dealership. This is the 2nd new car I purchased here in the past 18 months with both transactions resulting in a favorable customer experience. Dan More
