Before deciding for this particular vehicle, and also for this dealership I visited many other places in the DMV area, which in many cases I was either disappointed with the service or the offer. My friend recommend me Honda of Chantilly and I heard only great things about this place. The staff is very nice and helpful. I am a foreigner, so sometimes my questions seems stupid or redundant, however, they did answer them all and clarified all of my concern. Mr. Justin Sproles was assisting me during picking the vehicle and going through the paper work. He is a pro, knows everything about the car you are going to buy, from technical or engine specs to all the easter eggs you get in the particular vehicle. He knows exactly the residual value and how it compares to other years or vehicle. He is like a google/KBB(just better), for someone who is new with financing or lessing a car. Rob Franker, who is handling the financing part of the process, was another great employee that I had pleasure to work with. He explained briefly what am I signing, and also went over some other add on features to my lease . I felt very comfortable during the whole process, not only because the staff was very kind, but also I had the feeling that they are not trying to rip you off from your money, just make everything work its best. The deal you get there is a steal! I am very happy with the decision and my new civic, which I absolutely love. I recommended it to all of my friends, which few of them are thinking already about lessing a car from them. I live in Arlington so a trip to Chantilly was quite a drive, however it definitely stands out from other dealerships and it's worth the time.
